Lords Mobile, IGG’s outrageously popular strategy MMO for mobile and PC, is about to turn 8 years old. 

To mark the occasion, IGG has come up with a clever pun-based slogan that doesn’t really work if you say it out loud: “Time to CelebrEIGHT”.

But that’s not all. There’s also a special collab event with Italian hypercar brand Pagani—meaning, for the first time ever, that you’ll get to race through the Kingdoms of Athena in a Zonda F Coupe. 

For the uninitiated (and there can’t be many of you left at this point), Lords Mobile is a massively multiplayer strategy game set in a high fantasy kingdom populated by humans, mermaids, robots, and a host of other unlikely figures. 

It sees you playing as one of many lords locked in a war of conquest, recruiting heroes, cultivating a thriving stronghold, and engaging in a thousand different flavors of combat against human and AI opponents.

And a whole lot more. 

The Lords Mobile X Pagani event, which is set to run from February 1st until February 29th, lets you take to the racetrack and compete for goodies. 

Collecting achievements in the Pagani Grand Prix earns you a host of prizes, including an exclusive Castle Skin, emotes, avatars, and more. 

Completing various event quests in the Pagani Puzzle event, meanwhile, gives you the chance to win the Speedster Bundle.

What’s the Speeder Bundle?

It’s a pair of Lords Mobile x Bose earphones, a hulking great Oath Keeper figure, a Logitech keyboard and mouse set, a power bank, and—why not?—a Soocas electric toothbrush.

Then there’s the Pagani Power event, which lasts from February 11th until February 20th.

This one involves logging in daily and completing simple event quests to earn Dice. With these, you can race through the board, discovering mystery tiles as you go. These reward you with Power Tokens to spend in the Gift Shop. 

To celebrate Lords Mobile’s momentous 8th anniversary, IGG is also having a crack at a Guinness World Record.

You can take part in the effort by contributing to the game’s anniversary artwork. If more than 80,000 players show up, they’ll all be able to claim a share of the official world record for “Most contributions to an online ASCII image”.

Plus, the 20 top players in the Anniversary Challenges will win a commemorative art book and other prizes.
